here are the rules of cheerocracy:

• anything goes! :) e.g. "be scared, we will beat you"
  
• be as creative as possible e.g. "batang batang batang RED bull"
• proper diction, not THAT neccessary. e.g. "we are eccentric"
  
• good beats meaning, good actions e.g. "tananananananana JUNIORS" *while playing wacky races and super hero moves.
• the worst is the best, and the best just goes second e.g. erin's cheer gets higher points than mine. haha
• changing the words are cuter... and funner! e.g. "we like to party like its our prom now"
  
• randomness is widely acceptable! e.g. " DONUT!" "max, GARSON"
  
• at least try to make a little sense e.g. "we will beat you like egg yolk"
• record, so not to forget wacky nights after eating joey pepperoni. :)

and thats how to spend an intimate not so traditional barkada christmas party. a plate of pasta, a box of pizza... and lots and lots of laughter. :)

bonding with sarah, coach and the lasalle people all morning. :) it was really fun, i have forgotten how fun spending time with coach really was... and really, its uberly fun. *hottie in orange boxers* and "sophie i mean, tofee the cutie!"

we played for 3rd today, and unlike what most of us would have hoped for, we lost. pesimistic as it sounds, i sort of saw it coming. i knew that it was going to be tough. and even before the final buzzer was heard, i swear, i felt like giving up. my knees were shaking, my ankles hurted like hell, my shots weren't going in. off game perhaps? lack of practice? but did we? no... we may have lost, but really, i still feel like a winner. i have won the best trophy/prize ever. my team, who will never ever let anyone get left behind. (no, poptart, there will never be a team picture without you) our coaches, who take care of us even when it means they'd have to spend more time with us. the encouragement of our parents, cuz its one way they show that they really do love us. so, we are winners... just in our own way.

I'm hyped up for ISSA. john bright the hottie. :) road trips to antipolo, too cold ISM gyms, yummy cafeteria food, bop it, cards (aww! coach mon!) and demmit, i swear, we shall make bawi.

i'm also excited for the fantasy game. :) dlsz/ac vs. mc/stscho. demmit, this would really interesting.

when you take risks, its always a win win thing. you will never be on the losing end. because, you always have that 50% chance of getting a yes, and getting that 50% chance of getting a no, which would only make you stronger. its in not taking risks where you lose.

dear friends, today, as we sat by the wooden "chair meets table", i realized that it couldnt get any better than what we had. have you noticed how this year, its basically just been us? don't get me wrong, i do love hanging out with our VERY BIG group of friends. but its often so extended, and we never really get to connect. i mean, for all we know some might not even like each other. So being in that VERY BIG group is a great thing, everyones such a fun bunch, but nothing can beat the high of having a sense of intimacy. as i listen to you guys make kwento about your lovely lives with or without the boys, i can't help but grin and feel really amazed at how much we've matured and changed over the years. i must say, i think that 27 years from now, in our own velada, i've got you lovely ladies to thank. i see myself really growing old with you guys. i know that you guys will be there for me to listen to me about my "magical" first kiss (kiss and telling with people like them isn't so bad!), im sure you'll be there when i break up with my 1st boyfriend or the 2nd 3rd or maybe even hear me rant about staying single forever. i'm excited getting you guys as part of my wedding entourage. maybe even as the ninangs of my kids. in short, you guys are a part of me, and that will never change. i love you, maxine, dea, vica, erin, gege, magsy, therese, ava, carsy, arie and gianna. you guys make this place paradise.

this has got to be my all time favorite movie. and i was just craving to watch it again. i had a sudden urge of being a hopeless romantic and wished to find my own landon carter or nathan and lucas scott (or whatever guy may be appealing) that would sweep me off my feet. i turned my house in and out just to find that magical dvd.... nope, i didnt find it. so i tried looking for my very 1st copy as in super malabong vcd copy... nope, didn't find that either. i swear i was planning to take a cab to metro walk just to get a copy. that was how desperate i was. until i realized "cara, thats why you have bit lord. download it you numb nut!" so i did, and i cried my eyes out. i wallowed and shrieked everytime landon and jaime would have a "moment". and it hit me, even if some people would disagree, life is really just like those chick flicks. i've witnessed one today. who would have thought it would have been that easy? no one... but it was. we all just have to wait, and have faith that our own landon, lucas, or nathan scott is just around the corner... :)
